TECHBALCONY was born as an additional service offered by CAC ENTERPRISES in the year 2000, to offer a service that would comply with the new requirements established by the Florida building code on the placement and waterproofing of floors on balconies.

We are suppliers of related products elaborated by the companies TREMCO, SIKA and UNIMIN.
